Always Kept in Touch

... on behalf of Nicole and myself, we would like to thank you both for the excellent customer service you both provided throughout the few blind issues we had. Although only minor problems, You were both very quick to deal with issues and always kept in touch with where we were at throughout the whole process.

We will definitely be recommending the coloured house onto other clients and we will be in soon to purchase more blinds/curtains.

The curtains and blind that Simon installed in my bedroom look great. I'm very happy with the colours and the look.

The small amount you charged me for the advice and guidance you gave me to help me to choose the colours, finishes and appliances for my renovations was a very cost effective investment.

One of your greatest strengths, and there are many, is that you never take over the project by forcing your ideas or preferences on your client. You are very professional in the way that you encourage us to think outside what we might have already thought was the only option, to considering more suitable options available. I have always found it very easy to discuss options with you and felt that while you were guiding me, which is what I needed, you have always left the final decision up to me.

The Difference is Remarkable

The Problem: Client's lounge room uncomfortably hot in Summer.

The Solution: Screen roller blinds with a metalized backing for sun and heat control on the western bay windows then a blockout and sheer curtain for extra blockout.

Client Feedback: Just wanted to let you know that since the weather has warmed up we have had a chance to test the effectiveness of the blinds and curtains, particularly on our bay window which lets in a tremendous amount of heat at this time of the year, making the lounge room very uncomfortable.  I’ve got to say that the difference is remarkable.  It is quite noticeably cooler, and I can see that we won’t be using the a/c anywhere near the extent that we’ve had to before. - Cathy
